This hallowed ground is reserved for only the most bestest out of the people Roger follows. Because we all know he only follows the best people already. But which ones are the most bestest?

We can easily tell by noting how long one has had a spot on his crush list. If someone has made it 10 weeks, then there is no question. They are the most bestest.

Their names and blogs will be preserved here for all eternity. Roger will also take the time to write a small paragraph about that person.

getterbeam; Lucas; WR: 49/64

Ah suteki, my partner in crime. Lucas and I, we go way back. It’s 1934 and I’m standing in a saloon. I drop my beer and it crashes to the ground. God, I’m so embarassed. All of a sudden, another beer slides down and I catch it perfectly. Another cowboy tips his hat and says, “You dropped somethin’, mister.” I chugged the beer and replied “This town ain’t big enough for the two of us.” We beat up a few of the other people in the bar and then said “Now it is.” and left to become partners in crime forever. I don’t think I could have a better one, either; Lucas is hilarious, sweet, and owntacular (word I just made up: means u own a lot). And we tite. We tite but we don’t fuck.

Stephie and I probably had a one-in-a-million chance of meeting. I met a friend of hers browsing through a trending topic on Twitter one day long ago; she said something hilarious/awesome so I was like “HEY LETS BE FRIENDS.” And so it was. Eventually I noticed Stephie every now and then on her twit feed thing and I was like “HEY SHE SEEMS COOL.” And so it was. I just want to tell the 999,999 Rogers in alternate universes who didn’t get to ever meet or be friends with Stephie that they’re missing out on a wonderful young woman who is extremely fun to fluster.

voltamin; Ethan; WR: 45/64

Ethan stands as one of the most likable people I have ever met. I have nothing but respect for him. A great person who is always willing to talk and even more willing to listen, he’s one of the greatest friends I’ve made via tumblr. It’s a shame, but I know we’re not as close as we used to be, but I’m not going to get down in the dumps about that. I know that if I ever need someone to talk to, he will be there, and vice versa. A+ person who deserves everything good coming his way.

spacemaiden; Lita; WR: 33/64

Oh, where do I even start with Lita? Do I harp on for hours about how inherently nice she is? Do I bore you with tales about how impossibly cute she can be without even trying? Do I emphasize the fact that she cares about other people in a way we should all aspire to? Do I twist reality and tell you she puts the “awesome” in “social justice?” I could do all of those things, but in the interest of fairness to the other esteemed members of this pantheon of great people, I’ll keep it short. I’m really glad I met Lita; in essence it’s another thing on the long list of things I can thank Ari and Karley and the rest of the original Homesticker RP group for. But Lita’s near the top of that list. Regardless of what happens, I know for sure that I will never meet anyone else like her, and that’s why it’s so important to me to keep her in my life for as long as possible (read: forever). I hope (and know) she likes me as much as she says she does, because she’s never going to get rid of me. Just as planned.

rydellk; Karley; WR: 29/64

I have a lot of feelings about Karley, because she is really the main reason I befriended most of my current tumblr bros. One feeling stands out, though. At Otakon, I was wandering around aimlessly looking for the damn registraiton booth thing. Then out of the corner of my eye I saw her. Though we had known each other for a long time (nine months!?!?!?!) we had never met in person because well she lives in West Bumblefuck and I live in East. But we met and we met up with the other East Coasters from the original RP group and to be fair I’m still struggling to realize it actually happened. But after ten whole years meeting people through the Internet, Karley was the first one I met in person. I wouldn’t have it any other way.

clubrouge: Reine; WR: 26/64

Reine is gr8 and if you disagree I will whack you in the head, so help me God. She is just one of many people I know who, no matter how hard I try, I can’t find any reason to not like them. I crushed on her for the longest time, at first because she was a Vriska8logger, and after that because of who she actually was for a person. Now I can smile from a distance as I watch her wonderful matespritship, knowing how lucky they are to have each other. They’re both excellent artists, too. But this is Reine’s blurb. The only thing I can find against her is the fact that she owes me a picture of her licking a picture of my face and I don’t have it yet.

momcave; Alex; WR: 24/64

The urge to write “ALEX [enter] DE [enter] MARTINOOOOOOOOOOOOOO” was tempting but she deserves more than that. She is someone who is routinely without a blog (as she has every right to) but as they say, you never realize how much you appreciate someone until they’re gone. Those DEMARTINOOOOOless times on Tumblr are still bright but noticeably less so. It’s hard to place a finger on what exactly it is about her that is so appealing. It could be how many “(:”s she posts, or how often she tells you to bug her about writing that persistent paper (Does she always have a paper due the next day? Who can know). But if I was forced to choose between “life with Alex” and “life with Alex but you can’t see her posts, rip” I would choose the former. I don’t even care if she’s 8.

ghostbono; Kaet; WR: 18/64

God, Kaet. She has to be one of the sweetest people I have ever met. I know she can apparently be very hate-able (as Lita never hesitates to remind me), but I just can’t find it my heart to do so. No, my heart doesn’t bleed black for Kaet. I do what I can, however. Kaet and Lita’s tenuous hatespritship is something I have taken it upon myself to help auspictize (that is misspelled but I do not care). I treasure Kaet’s wonderful everything too much to let her do any harm to herself or others. And when I go to California, I am picking Kaet and Lita both up in my truck so I can do some heavy-duty auspicitizing in person. *cracks knuckles* Friend-style.

apitoxin; Quinn; WR: 16/58

Quinn is one of a few people on this list who I can call my wife. Of course, it’s not meant to be taken seriously. But I do take it seriously in one aspect: I treasure Quinn and I think she is awesome and I support whatever she does wholeheartedly. We have many things in common, from an affinity for Homestuck and The Blues Brothers to a talent-filled writing hobby, though the genres in which we write differ to some degree. She is easy to befriend and even easier to love. Whether you call her Quinn, Jenna, Jenbug, Jenga, or the Queen Bee of Skullfucking, a rose by any other name is just as awesome.

Like Karley, I met Ari through the Homestuck RP memo group eight months ago, when I first started on Tumblr. Tons of lewd jokes about tridents and dramatic readings in Skype later, I can look back on that eight months and be extremely proud to call Ari a friend. They’re also a role model for me; I look up to and admire them a lot. I hesitate to call their blog a “social justice” blog because that sounds gimmicky. Ari fights for themselves and other people proudly and respectfully. I’ve not only learned a lot about sensitive social issues from them, I’ve also been inspired to fight harder so everyone, regardless of any and everything, can be treated and thought of equally. And on top of everything, Ari is smart, well-rounded, hecka cute, hilarious, and their relationship with Kenneth is one of the greatest stories I’ve ever had the joy of seeing. Every morning I open palm slam a VHS into the slot. It’s Arielle Owns and right then and there I start doing the moves alongside with the main character, Riddick.

depressedpizza; Ele; WR: 13/64

For the longest time I pictured Ele as looking like Burt Reynolds because that was her icon and she rarely posted pictures of herself. Even though I know what she looks like now (hot dog costume notwithstanding) I still picture her as some sort of Burt Reynolds/tiger hybrid sometimes, in my unguarded moments. But anyways, one thing that has always made Ele stand out in my mind is the raw way in which she posts. That sounds strange, but hear me out. I have never seen her mince words or beat around any sort of bush. There is no bush in her yard. It is a yard, and there is a tree. The yard is very well taken care of and so is the tree. The yard is her posts, and the tree is…whatever she wants it to be. Point being, I love being in her yard because there are no illusions. It’s a yard, there is grass, see you next week. Thanks for the yard, Ele.

dwaynetherockjohnson; Kyanne; WR: 12/64

To be honest, I was really intimidated by Kyanne at first! I’m always intimidated by good artists, especially since I can’t draw my way out of a paper bag. I don’t know why I didn’t just TALK TO HER, I mean, it turns out she’s one of the sweetest, most down-to-earth people on all of Tumblr. It’s also been a fun adventure seeing her (very distinct and unique) art style evolve and evolve, from the askjadeharley blog to her current art blog. She’s a really good artist and an even better friend. She’s also wonderfully funny and cute and plenty of other good qualities I could list. I had half a (mega)mind to induct her early, but rules are rules. I’m glad she made it. She deserves it.

joshishollywood; Josh; WR: 11/64

I don’t even know why I’m writing this. You probably already follow Josh. I mean, he’s popular for a reason. He’s funny more often than not (which is a blessing and a curse, honestly), he’s a talented musician (have you heard that cover of Dynamite? It’s…dynamite.), and he’s also capable of critical thought, which is rarer than you might think. Unlike most people who let being Tumblr Famous (the worst term for anything, ever), he didn’t let it get to his head. In fact, he fears the masses who worship him, as he should. They’re fucking terrifying. In fact, he’s not hesitant to call people out on their shit and it’s always amusing to watch how much backpedaling people do when Josh busts down their door and yells “TUMBLR POLICE” really loud. Has that happened? I hope so. Also, one last thing: he is not Trayvon Martin.

clamberlass; Mariah; WR: 10/64

It breaks my heart when I think about how Mariah and I have drifted recently; we don’t speak nearly as much as we used to and we haven’t seen each other since college started. Regardless of what the present is like, however, and regardless of what the future holds, I know that I will always be able to look back on that summer of 2011 as one of the best seasons of my life. When we met at Animazement, it was instant. We “clicked.” I’ve never clicked with someone that fast. I may never do so again. But those next few months were absolutely fantastic. It’s hard to remember such a stretch of time in my post-2005 life where I was as happy (Turns out, I’m still just as happy. Maybe this was a sign of good things to come?). Even though we didn’t get the storybook ending, I still like to think of it as a happy ending. To be honest, though, I don’t think the story’s over yet; we go to the same university! We’ll see what life’s author has in store for us.

clownetowne; Helena; WR: 10/64

The first British inductee into the PRFHOF! And a very deserving one, at that. Helena was one of the very first people I met though Tumblr, specifically through scouring the Homestuck tag and making all the friends I could. Some of them stuck and some of them did not but I am more than pleased to say I am ecstatic that Helena stuck. She has long been one of the most interesting people I follow, and hanging out in trollchat with her and all the other NERDS is fun even if the conversation is sparse. As she lives overseas, hanging out with her is considerably more difficult but no less desirable, especially since I am spending no less than a week (hopefully a week plus a whole semester) in the UK next year! Someone I have admired for so long is someone I cannot neglect if I am on the same landmass as them.

scarier; Lex; WR: 10/64

I solemnly swear not to make any horse puns or Canadian jokes in this blurb. Okay, now that that’s out of the way. Christie has been top of my crushes for like, half a year. Little known fact: Lex was the last person other than Christie to be #1! And kudos to her, because it wasn’t a fluke. Lex is a passionate and pretty young woman who cares a lot about what she cares about. That was an interesting way to end a sentence; let me explain. She cares about horses, especially Henry. I could give less than half a shit about horses but her enthusiasm rubs off on me and I can’t help but pay attention. She cares about her girlfriend, even if her ways of showing it are sometimes bizarre. And, though it can be a fault just as much as a strength, she isn’t afraid of her own words. She doesn’t censor herself. She doesn’t horse around. FUCK okay I’m done.
